This 2-day training is designed for HERS Raters. These classes are typically scheduled the week following our HERS Rater Training classes, so you can get both certifications within two weeks! We skip the core building science components and dive straight into combustion testing and safety. We'll visit two existing homes and diagnose their performance as a group, giving you the field experience you'll need to feel comfortable with the BPI diagnostic protocol and processes. At the end of the 2nd day, you'll take the national BPI Written Test (this testing fee is included).

Field-tests will be scheduled for Friday, or the following week, depending on class structure. Please contact us to confirm. Each student will have a 2-hour window to complete the testout. You will only need to show up for your 2-hour time slot.
